Complaint: Bad food sold and no money or store credit back ??

My complaint:

just now
I went to exchange or return some rotten product they sold me today 04262020 at 8:05 am, and the lady manager told me NO Because the new NO RETURN POLICY they have !!
I mean, not even store credit ??? SMH
Am i suppose to swallow the bill just because some new law??? They sold me some bad products including (2) rotten T-bone steaks and a box of a dozen rotten glaze donuts they were soaked in some kind of smelly and bad taste liquid, when glaze is suppose to be sweet and dry, i am a chef so i know a thing or two about food !!
And it is a shame because i’ve been coming here for the last 25 years !! SMH

Paying me my $25 back and check their food for quality because it is disgusting !!
