Wingstop complaint: Recieved another customer’s order

My complaint:

I received an order of 50 wings when I ordered 10. The man who’d ordered the 50 literally called ME (thinking it was the Wingstop) to complain (I still haven’t figured out HOW he got MY number!?!?).

Suggested solution:

Wingstop, you're moving so fast at the speed of light that you're f$ing everybody's orders up, resulting in terrible customer service for all! NEVER get so busy that you are immediately throwing callers on lengthy holds! You cannot remedy the way you've buggered up everyone's orders when you do this!
I totally get that you're busy.
But never get so busy that you're compromising the service you offer! Then you're just losing money because NO ONE is gonna pay for that terrible service mistakes! Including myself.
I WILL eventually get through to your establishment and believe me, when I do, I'm fully expecting the entire charge to be returned to my card! That's only right, I think you would agree.
Really, truly terrible experience that's taken up more than 2hrs of my time and in the end, I'm STARVING!
