My complaint:

went in to order for take out and I was the third person inside. I was told that my order would be ready in 25 min so i sat in my car. Went in to get order and it wasn’t ready yet but 7 min later i was given my bag without them even verifying it so i left…Got in the car and started to drive off but told myself to check the bag just in case. Turns out they didn’t have my order completed. I ordered a 15 piece and was given a 10 piece and they didn’t give me my ranch dressing either. When i got back to work and started to eat the food, I noticed that some of the wings were old. I know when food is freshly cooked opposed to being warmed in the oven all over again and sauce thrown on them. Some of the wings were hot and newly cooked and some were just awful. Nothing is more frustrating than eating old food. I can see if the place was packed but it wasn’t and i also asked for extra sauce on one of the flavors and it wasn’t done so i had to go back in and get my order corrected as well as them putting the extra seasoning on the wings i ordered. Please have your people read the receipt and get these orders correct.

Suggested solution:

On my receipt i payed 20.31 for a 15 pc (all drums) ranch and carrot sticks...I didn't even eat a third of the meal because i was turned off from eating old hard chicken
