My complaint:
I called in to the manager Chris explained my problem wrong order and rude treatment from the employees. He questioned me about the order. I proceeded to tell him and he kept repeating himself that he was there and he was not aware of any problems that occurred that night. I don’t think his employees would have told him I took an order wrong and I mistreated a customer! What make me angry he didn’t believe me. I am 70 year old senior citizen who sent her grandkids to buy dinner. I can’t go out due to the virus. I have to pay people to run my errands!! My grandkids came to visit I decided to order from their favorite restaurants. I live clear across town when my grandkids arrived they noticed their meal was incomplete. It was late almost 10pm and they drove to wing stop to have their order completed. Rude employees gave them problems!!! We are in a pandemic we rely on ordering out can’t sit in a restaurant without fearing of dying. I didn’t lie and hate the thought the manager believed his employees over a customer.

Chris the manager needs to put his customers before his employees and needs an attitude adjustment
