My complaint:
The manager was very rude they forgot my Rich the night of the Laker game so I mentioned it yesterday they told me he can’t give me a ranch this time but next time he can I said well what’s the difference for this time versus next time that doesn’t make sense then he said won’t you when you come in here you get a ranch for free and I don’t never get ranches for free only the employees sometimes will put a wrench in there for me because I come to this particular Wingstop three times a week so he That hurt his feelings because I told him food and customer service goes hand-in-hand he was very rude to me he embarrassed me and I told him a thing or two I told him do not talk to me like that you need to not be a manager assistant manager so he told his owner of the Wingstop Not to let me get service so when I called today to go and order some wings they said that they cannot purchase I can’t purchase wings they’re not serving me no more I’ve been coming here for six years
Suggested solution:
They should apologize to me I don’t know what they should do but I should not be dead from going to a place for six years and I spend big money with them I go to that Wingstop three times a week and they know it they need to test has the assistant manager that’s no way to treat a customer
