My complaint:

Made a call to place an order for pickup, was placed on hold for 18 minutes and was driving there to pickup the order. Not once did they picked up the phone and left my daughter on hold the entire time. I got there about 11:55pm before closing and was told I’m sorry we can’t make an order because we are almost closed. The door was still unlocked, I did not enter the restaurant but did tell the girl that they should of said something to my daughter that they placed on hold for 18 minutes that they can’t make food instead of just leaving her on hold. And after that I got into my vehicle and which the girl came out the restaurant yelling at me because of what I said to her. And then she started yelling after I said I will be taking this to corporate for the rudeness and unprofessional ness. I think someone like that should not be working in a establishment like this if they are not a people person. We like wingstop allot but now I thing we will go somewhere else for now on.
