My complaint:
On 10252020 at 1445 My partner and I ordered food..there were signs on the bathroom that said out of order, however two other costumers asked to use the bathroom and were allowed. Therefore the bathroom was not out of order. When I asked to use the bathroom the lady told me that they were not supposed to allow anyone to use the bathroom. Now is this the policy of Wing Stop or not? because I feel that during my visit, in one way or the other the staff was inconsistent to the bathroom policy..and the cashier handled our food without gloves.
Suggested solution:
Allow people to use bathrooms with disinfectant on hand please..and have all staff practice managing food with gloves including cashier.
