My complaint:
This facility or franchise is out of this world pure of incompetence. I have tried several times trying to obtain a reward that I already pre ordered and when I get to the drive thru window the associate will say i have no rewards. What is wrong with this franchise. On top of saying I have no reward , the associate gives me an incorrect total of my order. The first associate who took the order charges me for 3 onion rings that I didn’t order ! This facility needs a serious training. This rewards app turns to be a complete joke
Suggested solution:
Train this facility please!!! Or eliminate or upgrade your app . It is useless to advertise something that will not be honored and make your customer feel they're dumb. I have been using applications for many many years and so far this whataburger is the worst I've encountered when it comes to claiming a reward.
