My complaint:
As I placed order in the drive thru thru was a lot of back ground noise staff being loud ,I ordered a 2 shakes as well as food items , there was maybe 2 -3 cars ahead . Well on a hot day by the time I got to the window shakes were very runny . I asked cashier . Please these shakes were too watery please take these . Cashiers took them rolled here eyes at me . And the manager instead pretty much opened the window and told me they can’t control the consistency of the shakes . I never was rude at all . I get shakes all the time this was completely melted . I’m the customer and feel like as management she should of handled it more professionally . This the 2nd time this has happened the manager seems to be a bully toward the customers and the staff , the staff always look upset and she is the problem . Suggested solution:
Manager need more customer service skills . Stop it’s not her store she and her staff are representing the Whataburger Brand . I’m sad about this
