Whataburger complaint: Poor service

My complaint:

This morning when I was in the drive up lane for 17 minutes and there was only one vehicle in front of me.
When the young man started to give me my coffee he had a straw and the drink had a regular drink lid, I told him I had ordered coffee and he said that was coffee.
I think that was way too long in a drive up lane and the young man said it was his first day so why was he at the window by himself.

Suggested solution:

Why can’t the walk in open before 5 am so they can wait on more then one person at a time.
