My complaint:

On today, March 1,2022 at 12:45 p.m, I placed an online order. The estimated time for the order to be ready was roughly 12:55 -12:57 p.m. I arrived at the location approximately 1:00 p.m, gave the young lady my name (Ella Moody), she checked the computer and told me they did not have my order at this location. I attempted to show her on my cell phone in order for her to see my order ation; unfortunately, I wasn’t able to get a signal. I had an appointment to attend, on my way back I went thru the drive thru, placed my order (540678), still no signal to verify that I had already paid for a previous order.

I did not mention it to the young lady, who later would be the worker that creates an environment of toxicity I got home, and was able to verify that I did place the order at the location. I went back to Whataburger, showed the young lady my order ation that I had indeed place the order at this location. She begin to have doubts about my story, even after reviewing the ation. In a loud tone of voice, she stated I had come thru the drive thru early, my reply was you are correct. She became obnoxious belligerent, coupled with a threatening demeanor. I politely asked her to calm down, she become louder. I assumed he was the manager, came and I explained to him what happened. He checked the registrar and ed what the first worker stated. We do not have your order her. I showed his my ation, he asked for my name, he rechecked the computer, still nothing. In the background, the rude worker was been unprofessional, condescending and loud. I asked the manager is there something wrong with her.

He stated, I’ll handled it. He turned the computer screen around so I could review the order. I located my (order) Ella Moody, showing the time the order was placed. He rendered no apology and commence to make excuses, even though the evidence proved, that the order had been placed at that location all alone. I can accept human errormistake, even made by three employees but when I am accuses of a malicious act, meet with rudeness and threatening demeaner by the female employment, that’s no excuse.
Just a brief description of the employees involved The first employee is a Hispanic female, approximately 5’1, 140 lbs. with brown eyes, the manager is a black male, approximately 510, 160 lbs., heavy African accent and the extremely rude employee is a black female, approximately 5’3, 160 lbs., big brown eyes, hair pulled back with golden cluster curled ponytail.

Suggested solution:

The black female as described above, needs to be reprimand, mandated to attend anger management classes or terminated.
