Whataburger complaint: Lack of Service

My complaint:

The local whataburger restaurant was short staffed. One of the carhops, for Line B) says that the restaurant only has 3 employees. One person making the food, one person taking orders, and one brining food to the patrons inside the store and to line B outside.

We notice that Line A is smooth sailing, however Line B, we have stayed idle in our car for over 30 minutes. We cannot exit as people are behind us. This is quite frustrating. The reasoning for Line B to be so slow and for Line A to move so fast, does not make much sense. We feel neglected simply because the carhop does not want to go outside or be inconvenienced by brining the food to us. Outside of the whataburger location in Jackson, MS and Foley, AL; this has been the worst experience we have ever had.

Suggested solution:

1) Treat all customers and guests equally. Do not favor customers inside and at Line A with more attentive service, simply because it is more convenient for you to service them.

2) Pay attention to your staffing needs for the business demand.
