My complaint:

First lane had 2 cars, 2nd had 1….we chose second at 12ish on 122721. When they finally started serving most of the cars in first went first. Then our server came out and said he had lost our order. Gave order again. A few more orders went out. By the time we got ours they were dry, cold cold and, tasteless. Threw most of mine away. What’s burger used to be my favorite but not now. I will discontinue my patronage. It will take a lot to come back. Ticket number 579913, store 32.

Suggested solution:

Refund or replace. If second meal is same just refund
