Whataburger complaint: Order not complete

My complaint:

Recently placed an online order for a burger wfries, salad, and 2 malts. It was the worst meal I ever gotten. The fries looked like they never touched the oil. They were very pale and almost cold. The lettuce in the salad was wilted and we never got the malts, they said the ice cream machine was broken. When I asked for a refund for the malts, I was told that since it was an online order they couldn’t give me a refund, and I needed to call customer service. I called them later that evening and talked to a young lady that said she would issue a complete total refund for my order. That has been 5 days ago but nothing has happened. This is the second time something like this has happened where I was charged for food not received. Like the saying goes Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. You will never get chance number three. I’ll start going to Sonic or Burger King.
