Whataburger complaint: Missing order

My complaint:

While traveling on vacation we stopped in Whataburger for what we thought would be a quick breakfast before we got back on the road. That was not the case!! We ordered,sat to wait for our order, and waited, and waited…. The 6-7 parties that came in behind us were all receiving their orders, not us! The employees would walk by and look at our order number and continue on. They finally realized they “cleared the order off the screen”. 30 minute wait for standard breakfast items, and then the biscuits were cold and hard.

Suggested solution:

Training, better management, there seems to be no organization here. Our party of 4 received 1 cinnamon roll for the inconvenience
