Whataburger complaint: miss treatment from management

My complaint:

I did work at unit 930 in Hondo texas. I did report to my gm more then once about the situation but no action was taken. The disrespect and bad mouthing to their shift evening crew 3pm-1am and 5pm-11pm had made me had enough and quite. when this miss treatment , disrespect attitude first happened, I brought it to my gms attention I asked to switch to early bird shift because I wasn’t getting the training I need as a team leader who wanted to move up. The shift wasn’t listing to me while delighting they would ignore me and my manager on shift I didn’t not have their support as they we’re on the lobby chatting with friend of hers that came in while we had a dinner rush going on. it felt like I was the only one cleaning the store and making sure orders were going correctly. after moving to wake bird I still got attitude from the picp from the evening shift on what her team was doing and how the were leaving the next shift and what needed to be done prior to leaving a shift and clocking out. I recently worked early bird with her this past weekend 7-30-21 through 7-31-21. any time I helped delegate the floor or ask her if it was ok do do this delegate and have my reasons I got attitude and disrespect , once and fellow employee asked her the picp what would he do next she acted out saying I quote I don’t know, don’t ask me I not the picp ! all because me team leader in trading was working on delegating the floors and getting to know stuff she had to make that comment it made me feel like I wasing getting the training experience that I need or that whataburger talk we hear in the team leader and manager training classes. my complaint is also I never seen a toxic manager I state that cause she has attitude towards comastumers while on driver or gator. she bad mouth customers to employees around her on shift while window is open and customers can hear you. she miss treats employees on other shits with disrepeac or bad mouthing. She bad mouths every manager in the unit behind everyone’s back. from what I know and heard is that, she has been talked to many times but nothing has changed and no action has been taking. I never seen slot of favoritism at a unit until I transferred to unit 930.

Suggested solution:

honestly i don't know but what I know and learned in our managementtreamleade training is u don't want a toxic management team or work environment.
