My complaint:
To begin with. My husband and I order food to go once a week at Whataburger. The last couple of times we picked up our order. The burgers and fries were cold. I feel because they have a long line of cars. They prepare ours to soon.
Suggested solution:
Maybe not get it ready so soon before we reach the window. We love Whataburger. But if this continues, we'll have no choice but to go somewhere else.
