My complaint:

Ordered a Breakfast on the bun Meal Twice spent like $7.13 both times paid for extra patty which I didn’t receive neither time 2nd time food was cold and patty looks like it had been broke off of it’s not fair we spend our money and get done wrong like that if ppl don’t wanna work they need to stay at home and waiting bout 10 15 minutes to get the wrong order and cold food

Suggested solution:

I need a refund on my Meals this is the way u loose Customers on the count of sorry workers
