My complaint:
Employees fail to follow state health department guidelines on hair being in a net or pulled back as well as wearing nail polish in their finger nails. If it is stated on the Oklahoma State Department of Health that it nail polish shouldn’t be worn then all employees should adhere to this rule. One employee I can name is KaLynne and she is at the Tulsa Hills store in Tulsa, Oklahoma. My family stopped eating here due to theses subpar standards.
