Whataburger complaint: Forgetful staff and terrible customer service

My complaint:

We hardly visit this location because they always forget something, however we were in the area and decided to go anyways, today it was the chicken in the salad. Normally we’ve dismissed it in the past and because we live pretty far from this location, however today the person we spoke to, was rude and abruptly hung up on us. Upon arrival, the manager was confronted, which is when we found out she was the one we had spoken to on the phone. Which she then responded by saying “I did say thank you, i felt like i didn’t need to say anything more “

Suggested solution:

Manager should be held responsible and work harder to ensure that customers are treated with respect and should be advised on how to properly handle situations as such.
