Whataburger complaint: Forgein Objects in Order

My complaint:

On the day of 61221, I showed up to the Whataburger drive thru line with 4 cars ahead of me, I was in line for an hour, I was close enough to see the window the whole time. When I was getting my order taken, the cashier was having a hard time focusing on what the customer was saying, as if they were fooling around. I recieved my order finally after a whole hour and it felt as if it were sitting for 30 min prior. Mind you when I got the window, there was an additional 20 min wait time to even get it. I pulled off and realized the fries tasted HORRIBLE. On top of that I got the wrong order with no receipt for my proof. The guy didn’t care for my receipt meaning he never offered it nor did he give me restaurant’s print of it. Well I got home and took a bite of my burger when I looked down and saw on the top buns, a tip of a latex glove. I picked it up and stretched it to make sure I was not wrong and I drove back 20 min the next day to demand a refund but the only thing they could do was make me a remake order. Leaving this my only option to be, I got a remake for a buddy of mine because he didn’t experience what I did so it didn’t bother him. We recieved the remake and of course.. once again I recieved the totally incorrect order. This is very unacceptable. I will never in my life visit this restaurant again, nor will I encourage others to go back there. I wish I took a picture but was so disgusted I threw my burger at the brick wall outside.

Suggested solution:

Please hire better trained staff, preferably people not on drugs.
