My complaint:
I came to whataburger because we love coming her unfortunately the wait in drive through is ridiculous. I waited over 30 minutes to get 2 1’s. The customer service is horrible as well. The employees are always rude and should not be working customer service.
Suggested solution:
Please hire some new employees and more of them.
