My complaint:

1. downgraded on the 2nd leg of our trip from Gatwick – Toronto-Vancouver, from Premium to the worst ever seat in economy having to pay for food etc that we had already paid for in Premium economy.
An insulting offer as compensation of 89$CAN on 22nd August. I am claiming for half that trip- in premium economy- from Toronto – Vancouver 1000$

2. Luggage lost for 9 days at Toronto.

13th August photo proof of purchases – for 2- sent and accepted $1500 CAN

Suggested solution:

Refund the cost of the replacement clothes, toiletries etc.
Pay compensation for downgraded travel.
