To Whom It May Concern,
I was in Wendy’s a few days before the 25th ; the facility was closed. There was a sign in the front that said they were looking for employees, but you could come through the window and order something.
I was speaking in the speaker, and the person the female in there, I said I wanted to get the Club Salad and that I had a coupon for the for the free Baconator.
The facility was very dark everywhere. It was put offish. When I got my answer back from the female, she said, I would have to pay cash. I answered back Okay but it made me very suspicious that an employee might be ripping off the store. Then she said that I couldn’t get the free Baconator with my coupon. That did it for me. So I did say “f You, and drove off.
I go to Wendy’s often and have for the last couple years, gone in with wonderful help in there and ordered the. Cobb Salad, and always the free Baconater I got with my coupon, no problems!
On the May 25 2023, I decide to stop (cause we had just gotten coupons in the mail) and at the end of my errands I would have something for dinner.
I go into the store with, again, my coupons, and I. And I say, I would like to have my Cobb Salad and the free Baconator that’s what I want.
This beyond angry, vicious person who manages the store says, because there’s a dollar off on the Cobb Salad that I’m not eligible to get my coupon free Baconator. Looking at her I, pointed on the newspaper sheet to it, and told her because of the way it was written it was written where I could get both of them. When I showed her the proof to her, she went into insane raging anger. She told me to get out of the store. And I said, You know, I just wanna buy something. And then she says, I’m calling the police picked up her phone.
Then I resisted a bit, and she and the 5 or 6 employees ganged up behind her and the one toothless wonder grabs my arm and pushes me to the door. I was GLAD TO LEAVE!!!!
(…I want to add here I think she is the “outlaw” and the rest of the employee crew where her minions…)

I am glad no one had a gun with this insane behavior in your “fast food” place where I had no problem for years.
I don’t know what is going on with your employees, but as of today 6.2.23 as I have been passing by
I am glad the place is closed. Perhaps the police got her?
I spent time informing you of this because I am afraid for your store and the repercussions, I think this insane person is capable of.
Also, you should check your coupons to see if there could really but such a drastic confusion to the user.
