My complaint:
So I went to Wendy’s yesterday and I have gone in the past about 7 months ago. I like the 4 for 4 deal. However in the past when I substituted a small frostee I was never charged more for the substitution. However yesterday he overcharged me by over 55 cents. He said it was due to the Frostee. However today I looked online and the small frostee is only 99 cents. I tried to call the store but they never answered. I went back and the original manager which was a Spanish man wasn’t there. A woman older manager spoke to me and said she could not refund anything without a receipt. I will not back down and I will not tolerate this treatment. Please resolve this as it is the principal of the matter.
Suggested solution:
Refund me the entire 70 cents they owe me as because it came so close to 5 dollars I gave a 5 dollar bill. No receipt was received. I also want an apology by the manager. Thank you.
