My complaint:
I ordered a combo meal on 6/15/2023 at 7:48 am. I was charged $ .30 for seasoned potatoes and $ .30 for a large coffee that I did not ask for. This is an unethical practice and Employees and Managers need to STOP this practice. It’s the principle of the matter I have food restrictions and do not consume large amounts. The employees should ask customers if they want to upsize their order. I will not be a customer of Wendy’s and I will tell my family and friends who will tell their friends to watch their receipts. If each customer is charged
$ .60 that adds up.
