My complaint:
I drove up to the drive through for service at 12:30 am Saturday on 8-28-2021. Sat for a few minutes with no one answering the call. Sitting in my car said “hello”. The male employee yelled on the the intercom you don’t have to shout. We can hear you and give us time to answer.
As a customer unsure about the nasty attitude. I told him unsure what kind of night he was having but I did not yell.
He disrespectfully told me “Bye and have a nice day”.
Keep in mind there were no customers at this Wendy’s. They were all at McDonald’s long line.
Suggested solution:
A former supervisor the person is to be fired under rules of conduct. Bad representation for the business and recommend not to be rehired at other Wendy’s ban period. Customer never received service and was cut short telling them “BYE” with bad attitude unruly conduct.
I would not eat at the restaurant with the same employee working. In fear of food contaminated due to this situation. Also, would let other customers aware not to buy anything from the place.
