My complaint:
The employees on 52nd are all poured staff due them being teenagers and not having. Upper management on duty to make sure the staff works as a team and not as just for only the staff to serve certain people because their employees and are allowed to serve who they want. I agree and also agree that because their only employees they should not be refusing any service to consumers only because the teenagers are not capable of running and maintaining customers because there not concerned about Wendy’s the buisness they work for. Only concerned about abusing and serving who they feel m. This is not the first second third but it’s the fourth time this has happened to me and family members getting not served or plainly just having rude service.
Suggested solution:
This issue really needs to be looked into because I live near this Wendy’s due to the negativity the employees bring I will not even go to this location any more. I ask that the general manager and the manager get talked to and also find out why employees are running away paying customers because they would rather goof around in a work area. Very unprofessional
