My complaint:
After placing my order, and waiting for my change she gave me $18.00 I asked her how much was my order, and where is the rest of my change, her response with an attitude I gave you your change , and what’s my problem, what is all that for and what are you going to do!!! I opened my car door and said that how people get punched in the face I told her that I will send my daughter back..although it was $0.8 cent it was mine.. I didn’t appreciate you tone her threat and body language, totally unacceptable.
Suggested solution:
She should be fire!!! or take customer service class, which I know won’t happen, she should not be on the register…my change will not make up for her drawer begin short or over.!!
