My complaint:

I went to this location ordered a 10pc spicy nugget a 6 piece regular nuggets a baked potato with sour cream cheese and chives and a hot honey chicken sandwich totaling just over $19. Upon returning to my home I noticed my chicken sandwich was missing so I returned to the store and requested a refund while talking to the manager she said that I didn’t order a hot honey chicken sandwich and proceeded to give me the change difference that was different from what I had paid for also got fries that I didn’t order In place of my chicken sandwich the manager attempted to give me the wrong change. They were also rude and disrespectful. We were also the only car in the drive thru (dining room was locked). So busy was not an excuse.

Suggested solution:

Audit this location I feel like they might be stealing from the till by short changing and voiding orders. Also hire new management. She claimed it was a mistake but if you are making mistakes like that you should not be management.
