My complaint:
I live in a very small town. This has been an ongoing issues the last year at Wendy’s in Peru. It’s one of my favorite places to eat but because of the staff and the all around rudeness I haven’t gone.
First time I had a problem. It was about 730-800 pm and they made me wait in the drive thru for 20 mins because they was doing shift change. It may have been longer because I only waited 20 mins before I got mad at left.
Second time, a week day about 630-700pm. they didn’t give me half of my food and it was wrong and when I went back the manager didn’t say I’m sorry I’ll fix that right away. His reply was “what do you want me to do?” I had to tell him give me my food and fix my messed up food.
Third time, I went inside during the day, About 230/3pm. It was alot faster. The cashier was nervous and every time he asked for help the coworker would be like “gaaaah!!” or “what now!?” Food was correct, service was okay. But the lobby seating area was just disgusting. Guests were washing their own tables off. Also, the drink station was filthy look like it hadn’t been wiped down from the night before.
I have worked in the food service and with the public for 15 yrs. I understand that sometimes you have busy days and bad days. This store seems to have alot of bad days. it’s becoming excessive and other people within. My town are experience the same issues. My photo below will also be just ONE from my towns complaints.
I pray that this issues is addressed and resolved fairly quickly.
