My complaint:
The carpet was black from worn dirt. The tile floors were dirty. They needed scrubbed with a machine to get the ground in dirt out of all crevices of the tiles. The first bench in the restaurant was torn clear across the seat. Making it undesirable for seating. Windows needed washed and the cobweb in the entrance needed to be taken down. The customer service was very friendly. They welcomed us by holding the door open for us. We could not see into the meal prep area to see how clean that area was. In the dining area food scrapes were laying on the floor. We will not be going back. We can not believe Dave Thomas would have ever imagined that one of his franchises would have ever looked this bad.
Suggested solution:
They need to have someone come in when closed and clean all of the flooring. Next they should repair the upholstery. Next they should clean all of the tables and chairs. The serving trays were milky white. They looked like they needed to be replaced.
