My complaint:
This location is either having problems with its staff not showing up to work or they simply decide when to close the doors, even during regular business hours. Sometimes you go at 7:30 am and even when they’re supposed to open the diner at 6:30 am you have to park your vehicle and wait for 10-15 mins because their registers are not ready yet, one hour after they’re supposed to be operating.
Suggested solution:
If they’re having staff issues they should start looking for new candidates who really want to work because right now that location, not operating when it’s suppposed to, is occupying a space another business could be occupying and who would probably deliver a better service to its customers.
