My complaint:

We have tried to get an appointment since the middle of March. The request has fallen on deaf ears. The last time we tried was last week and I asked the person that answered the phone what we had to do to get an appointment–do we have to bring the police with us or since you are the manager you can handle it? He said that our statement sounded like a threat. The next day someone from security called about the threat. I asked him what threat and he said that I was going to bring in the police which was taken as a threat. The problem is the police I was going to bring in was our daughter who is a Deputy Sheriff and is our trustee. This security man said he would have someone call us and set up an appointment on Friday. Guess what happened no one called. We still don’t have an appointment.

Try calling us and not threatening us.
Get all our money together so we can find a new bank.
