My complaint:

Hi my name is Lataisa Hurst, cash tag $Taisa2007, email taisa080585@gmail.com, address 1512 Louisiana ave apt 111 Lafayette Louisiana 70501. Unauthorized transaction on 3262022, $200 Wells Fargo. I have had both my accounts for quite some time now. And I dnt have disputes on either of them until now. I reported and unauthorized transaction on each account only once since I had them both. I don’t file disputes on either of them. A few months ago I had to get another Wells Fargo card due to someone who is reported to authorities and bank. I am owner of both accounts. I have frequently used both to transfer money back and forth between accounts numerous times. With no complaints in which I’m saying monetary gain fraudulent is not the nature of this complaint. On the day in question my accounts was used and I didn’t authorize it. The transaction was transferred from my Wells Fargo account into my cash app then sent to someone else cash app. I haven’t had a problem with either accounts until then. The messages from cash app support went to a folder in my email called important so I didn’t see the reply’s until now.

Suggested solution:

I’m and loyal customer and would like my money back into my account. In which I let my Wells Fargo account close due to I prefer cash app as my primary bank. I would like to see if there’s any way that I could get my money back in my account.
