My complaint:
I am a co-borrower of Home Equity Loan. When Wells Fargo Bank took over Wachovia Bank, it re-created our home equity record due to the organization change. At that time, it DOUBLE registered the loan and NEVER cleared that matter. I am trying to get a new home equity loan, but could not do it due to the record. The deed Book 42002, Page 198 was a recreation of Book 31661, PAGE MISSING. The home equity loan was fully paid off, but The deed Book 42002, Page 198 is still outstanding.
Suggested solution:
Let the Wells Fargo Bank clear this matter and issue a lean release letter to us. (I contacted Wells Fargo several times, but they just DID NOT DO anything.
