My complaint:

On January 2021 I received a refund of $$750.00 of overage but how my mortgage keep going up, with no shortage in my escrow. I have supply Wells Fargo with documentation that my insurance has been reduced however even with a fax ation of receipt of the document they are claiming that they have not received the documents. On December 12 a payment $2355.00 was made to tower hill insurance again on 224 a duplicate payment was made which resulted in a negative escrow payment. No one is able to provide a plausible explanation as to increase in mortgage payment with a surplus in escrow , each time I speak with a representative. I get a different answer. As a nurse.I put my live on the line every day during the pandemic . I am not asking for an hand out , there is no safety net in place to protect the customer however during this time of crisis Wells Fargo create more stress especially for some one like me on the front line every day.

Suggested solution:

Be Transparent. Be fair do play monopoly with people hard working money. Reply to customer in a timely with correctly and accurate response . Be consistent in your with same answer
