My complaint:
If you only allow alcohol to be purchased in two lines, why are you allowing a customer to checkout five different customers at one time in the alcohol line without purchasing any alcohol? I will now longer be purchasing any alcohol from your store and may not even shop there in the future. Your new alcohol area is a mess and creates more problems for ALL shoppers.
Suggested solution:
Create many more lines for both food and alcohol. And do not allow NON alcohol purchases to be made in the green lane.
