My complaint:
I purchased a 30 pack of Wegmans bathroom tissue. I was supposed to get a two dollar discount as promised by the Wegmans app. However, when I got home and looked at my receipt there was no discount. I called the store and selected zero to speak with a manager. The man who answered claimed he was a manager but refused to identify himself and claimed that I needed to bring the product and the receipt back tomorrow when customer service was open in order to get their discount
Suggested solution:
Wegmans should give me the $2 discount, but the store manager should apologize to me for the rudeness of the man who I spoke with on the phone tonight
