My complaint:
I ordered a greenhouse in November, 2019 through Wayfair and it was transferred to Wish.com and I have not been able to contact anyone at Wish.com. The greenhouse is so poorly made; is tearing apart at seams; the frame is breaking up and not at all what I expected. I feel there should be some type of warranty that I could be reimbursed for this expense as it will be going in the garbage. I have lost plants because of the poor construction of the green house. I paid $144.18 on November 1, 2019 with my Visa Credit Card.
Suggested solution:
I feel that they should reimburse me for $144.18 plus also should be some compensation for the loss of plants.
