My complaint:

My husband bought me a hot tub for my 60th birthday 3,500 was taken from our account on 18th March ask for a Monday delivery which was no problem first one 6th of April they called to say it would be tue 7th ask them for Monday 12th they said great slot night before arriving 7 10 in morning waited looked at tracking to read not arriving contacted wayfair to be told tec error was not put on van husband took next day off work slot 8 11 waited looked at tracking not arriving contacted delivery company to be told wayfair did not tell them full size of tub they do not have a van big enough had about as much as I could take told wayfair to cancel for real refund I have not had as much as a email from them to apologise or verify my refund customer service has a couldnt give a dam attitude.

By not egnoring me and sending a email after all they have ruined my 60th birthday took them 2mins to take the money yet I have to wait for refund whenever it suits them to send it I was a good customer with them but no more and I certainly won't be recommending to anyone else.
