Complaint: Failure to replace damage goods and being lied to

My complaint:

I purchased rarran gardened furniture from you it was damaged on arrival bent legs weave coming undone l sent photographs l was told it would be replaced dispose of the furniture a d a replacement would be sent out on the 19421 l recieved a email stating it no longer in stock l rang Wayfair spoke to Scott who stated it had been dispatched and due on the 29421 and ed l can dispose of the damage no fit for purpose set which l did, it never arrived l have told daily They have escalated to the delivery team you blamed Panther services, on the 29th l was told l would recieve ation by today where it was and update, ever happened l rang this morning and was told it had been escalated and somdo e would be in touch at14.00hrs l rang again and was told it would be escalated and would be l business day for reply not acceptable l want the item delivered by Mo day or a replacement which appears to they are more expensive which l am not willing to pay or a full refund back in my bank Monday close of business or l have taken advice under my consumer rights you need to replace at your cost or refund immediately or l can take you to small claims court which l unhappy to do, l have family coming g next Wednesday and we were hoping to use that furniture to sit outside you have caused me stress and ruined this get together , You have lied blamed the transport company told me l cannot speak to a manager, or the escalation department, stalled me , failures to maintain contact as promised and shown o willing to put this right

I will lodge a claim at the courts unless someone with authority to action a result rings me before close of buisness today as it is a bank holiday Monday l l attempted to resolve this but as stated above the failings are yours and its your reputation that is being highlight

Replace with a high cost if other is not available as stated
Refund my monies in full Monday as a last resort
