My complaint:

We received an email claiming that they will arrive at 14:25 with our order, only to receive a phone call at 13:30 explaining they would be there in the next 30 minutes.
After calling and explaining we could be back home by 14:10 at the latest due to having to go out for an appointment, we were then told they would not wait the 510 minutes to complete the delivery.
After this phone call we then received a further two more emails claiming they had tried to contact us, even thought we had been on the phone to them prior to re arrange the delivery.
The inconvenience and point blank refusal to wait 510 minutes, even when it would still be before the time we were told they would arrive, was down right rude and poor customer service.
