My complaint:
I was logged out, Sunday 24th September at around early afternoon. I have contact support team a few times since then, and still Monday at 10am I have not had a reply. I was talking with someone from the dating site, as there are lots of fake accounts on this site, trust is a big deal Now my profile will be displaying that I have had my account deactivated it looks like I had a fake accident. The time it is taking to sort this out is not helping.
Suggested solution:
Get my account back on line and notify the people that I was having conversations with that my account is not fake.
