My complaint:

I ordered grocery delivery via walmart app- food NEVER arrived and walmart insisted I wait longer perhaps the next day I would get the groceries. I did not get them the next day so I called again and I was told to wait longer , then I called the next day and was told that perhaps they would not arrive and that I would get a refund- NO ONE EVER OFFERED TO GET THE GROCERIES ACTUALLY DELIVERED TO ME, THEY JUST STALLED AND GAVE ME DUMB EXCUSES. I waited 5 days and no refund- called again and they said it never got canceled so the cs said they initiate a refund and it take 7-10 business days. so please beware you will not have the money you gave walmart for the order and you will not have the items and they will force you to wait weeks to get a refund- they will not offer store credit, I have constant problems with orders and customer service NEVER solves any problem Its a terrible service so please don’t pay upfront for the year like I did because THEY will refuse to refund you any part of the fee you pay ($89) – I know because I asked.. also they will advertise 1 day shipping and then come up with reasons to delay it to 5 day shipping but they won’t tell you this until after the originally stated delivery date has come and gone. I can’t believe how wildly ineffecient it is to shop at walmart.com
