Walmart complaint: Very poor system

My complaint:

Placed order on 12 2122 was given a promise time of 1 PM to 2 PM on December 22. When I didn’t receive my order I called they told me it was delayed. I called back on nine different occasions was promised 94 times that the order was being delivered. It was never delivered. My entire families Christmas dinner was on that delivery. We never received any of it. Got a refund on December 25, 2022 with an email apologizing we didn’t get her order apology wasn’t sufficient enough. My entire family Christmas dinner was on that delivery. Thanks for ruining my family’s Christmas Walmart.

Suggested solution:

Fix their systems it’s not the first time this is happened. This is the second time this is happened with my Walmart order. There’s too many flaws in the delivery system hire more drivers more employees whatever you need to do to fix system and don’t have your employees lie to their customers
