My complaint:
place a pick-up grocery order and Walmart cancelled it without notifying me; when contacted customer service they were rude, officious, arrogant, argumentative, kept interrupting, kept blaming customer. I even sent email about may experience to corporate and they dis not have the courtesy to respond. They DO NOT RESPECT your money nor your business. THIS IS THE 3RD TIME THEY HAVE SCREWED UP MY ORDER-will not shop with them ever again
Suggested solution:
(1) RESPECT CUSTOMER (2) RESPECT CUSTOMER BUSINESS (3) GET A REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT that actually CARES about customers
