My complaint:
Arrived at Walmart with my service dog. I have been going there for 15yrs with my service animal. people are not aware what goes on around them so I keep her in the seat with my blanket down. Been doing this for 15 years, but today I go into the tire center to get my oil changed. There was a new Walmart department manager. First thing out of her mouth was that dog cant be in the cart. There was no hi can I help you nothing nice at all. Then I asked to get an oil change and she said where is your car.I said it parked just outside. She tell me you have to go get your car and drive around to get it serviced. She was very rude when she said it. Not a nice person. Ive had people be rude to me at this Walmart before, but this was the last straw. This was the last time I will shop at The Bushnell Fla. Walmart. companies are hurt for business but Walmarts not because they hire people like this.
Suggested solution:
customer service. There was four people just standing around. But sorry cant shop there anymore and anyone I talk to will know why. This is just sad.
