My complaint:
on 03102023 went to buy Grocery at Walmart store , i picked up various grocery items, than went to counter for making payment, unfortunately my smartcard number last 4 digit 3086 was not recognising , issuer was denying, so that i hand over back all the grocery person at counter and i came back without grocery, when i accessed Smart card account my all balance $54.90 took by walmart machine, i complaint on 03102023 to concerned manager and explained whole story about what happened , manager assured telephonic will returned money within 2-3 days, till date not refunded to my card issuer, till today my grocery balance is Zero, kindly look in to the matter for getting refund at earliest.
Suggested solution:
by refunding $54.90 by is issuing Gift card of return refund to my smart card 3086
