My complaint:

I had a terrible experience today 111021 at 08:07 am. I used the Walmart.com app to scan a price on an item, and it showed a price $4.87. When I proceeded to check out, it showed the price of $9.26. I asked the clerk that was managing the registers that that wasn’t the price I scanned and showed her the photo on my phone. She said she didn’t know and asked the clerk that was working at the customer service desk. I pointed out that there was a price difference, and she said Walmart didn’t price match. I explained that it wasn’t a price match and it was the price that was showing up when I scanned the UPC using the Walmart app. She nonchalantly said, If you don’t want it, I can remove it. I went back to the register to check out, and the initial clerk snidely said, Welcome to Walmart. This was not the first negative experience with this particular Walmart this location-Store 06588 at 3130 Pontchatrain DrSlidell, LA 70458. Customer service there is nonexistent. I will let my family, friends, and coworkers know about my experience.

Suggested solution:

An apology and price difference is warranted.
